Chandrayaan-2 successfully liftsoff

With the launch of Chandrayaan-2, India has become the fourth country in the world after the US, Russia and China to town down on the surface of the moon. The rocket nicknamed Bahubali (GSLV Mk III) will transport the satellite. It will be launched at 2:43 pm from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. It will be India’s second attempt to launch the mission.
