Delhi reports 20,181 new covid cases; positivity rate climbs to 19.60% on 8th January, 2022

Delhi: As per the Delhi health bulletin issued by the Delhi government, 20,181 new covid cases were recorded in Delhi with 19.60% positivity rate. 1,02,965 tests were conducted.

07 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. 79,946 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 23,019 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. 33387074 total tests done so far.

There are 1586 beds occupied out of 14,106 total beds, 12520 beds are still vacant. Currently, there are 48,178 active cases in Delhi.
