Royal Challengers Bangalore Beat Delhi Capitals By 8 Wickets To Lift Women’s Premier League Title
In the Final of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) Cricket, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) beat Delhi Capitals by 8 wickets at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi last night.

Chasing a target of 114 runs set by Delhi Capitals, RCB scored 115 for 2 in 19.3 overs. For RCB, Ellyse Perry was the highest scorer with 35 runs followed by Sophie Devine with 32 and Smriti Mandhana 31 runs.

Earlier, deciding to bat first, Delhi Capitals were all out for 113 runs in 18.3 overs. For Delhi Capitals, Shafali Verma was the top scorer with 44 runs.

For RCB, Shreyanka Patil picked up 4 wickets, Sophie Molineux 3 and Sobana Asha took 2 wickets. Sophie Molineux was declared Player of the Match.
