The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, launched on February 2, 2019, aims to provide financial support to eligible farming families across India. Under this initiative, farmers receive an annual benefit of Rs 6,000 in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each, every four months.

The eagerly awaited 19th installment of the PM-KISAN scheme is set to be disbursed soon. Through this program, the amount is directly transferred to farmers’ Aadhaar-linked bank accounts using the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

PM-KISAN has become one of the largest DBT programs globally, significantly contributing to the welfare of farmers by offering timely financial assistance. Beneficiaries can look forward to receiving their Rs 2,000 installment as part of the program’s continuous support.
