Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Tuesday, “We have decided that all ration card holders in Delhi, around 72 lakh in number, will be given free ration for the next two months.” He further added, “It does not mean that the lockdown will continue for two months. It is just being done to help the poor going through financial issues.”
Financial aid of Rs 5,000 to all auto-rickshaw and taxi drivers is also announced by Delhi CM stating, “This is being done so that they get a little help during this financial crisis.”
Kejriwal govt. should provide free ration to all middle-class people who are in need of ration.
