Delhi Metro Services to be partially regulated on 26th January at Selected Metro Stations
Delhi Metro announced that in view of 26th January the services of Delhi Metro will be partially regulated on selected DMRC stations and parking will remain close too.
The services on Line-2 (HUDA City Centre – Samaypur Badli) of the Delhi Metro will be partially
regulated on Tuesday, the 26th of January, 2021 (Republic Day). This is being done as part of the
security arrangements for the Republic Day celebrations as per the instructions of Delhi Police as
per the following plan:
The following changes will be seen in effect on January 26th as per the circular
i) Entry & Exit at Central Secretariat and Udyog Bhawan Metro stations will remain closed from start of revenue services till 12:00 Noon.
ii) Central Secretariat station will only be used for interchange of passengers between Line 2 and Line 6.
iii) Entry and exit at Patel Chowk and Lok Kalyan Marg
PARKING: All Metro parking lots will also remain closed from 06.00 AM on the 25th of January
to 2.00 PM on the 26th of January, 2021. This step has also been taken as part of the security
arrangements.
