An official announcement in this regard was made by the President of Tilak Smarak Trust Dr. Dipak Tilak and Rohit Tilak at a press conference in Pune today. The award will be conferred by the hands of President of the Trust Dr. Deepak Tilak on August 1, the death anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak.
